GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
> Application of the General Conditions of sale:
Unless otherwise provided in these particular conditions and agreed in writing between the parties, orders are automatically subject to these general conditions of sale irrespective of the terms may appear on the records of the buyer.
These conditions prevail over any other prospectus-type document, newspaper, catalog, e-mailing whatever their provenance.
> Command:
You can combine your orders at no extra cost.
The order is prepared when Le Château Mossé received a payment by check or CB and received all the elements necessary for the proper execution of the contract. By element we mean:
- The printed and sent by mail
- The billing address, contact name and phone.
- The specific delivery address and telephone number of the recipient.
While all the elements required have been approved, the order will not be prepared. In this case, no claim for the period of delivery can be attributed to the Château Mossé. If the delivery address is incorrect forcing Château Mossé orders to return to the property, the buyer will suffer the consequences.
> Stocks:
All wines offered on our website are in stock in the cellar. The site is updated automatically when a broken wine. If any time a wine were to be out of stock at the time of receipt of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a wine of equal quality, or return the value of the order for product failure.
> Prices:
All prices listed are all taxes included: VAT at 19.6%.
The price does not include the transportation of the property to the address of the buyer.
The cost of transport appears in the "Shipping charges".
Château Mossé reserve the right to modify its prices at any time.
> Shipping:
The wines are sold in thick cardboard.
Generally the products are delivered within 10 to 14 days from the preparation of the order. Damage must be reported per claim with the driver at the time of delivery, and shall appear on the delivery. It will then inform the Château Mossé per call. In case you could not be present during your delivery, please indicate on your order the person who will receive the package or any information that could help us TEL fixed or mobile.
> Regulations:
Payment for items purchased from the Château Mossé is payable in full at the command by check payable to the Château Mossé CB or by bank transfer to our bank account.
