Château Mossé is based on four common Llupia, Terrats in clay limestone plateau, and Castelnou Sainte Colombe de la Commanderie, argillaceous limestone and shale slopes sips arid sun.
The vineyard is divided into two areas including a slate the other 30% 80% limestone clay.
On the latter are concentrated our oldest vines Carignan Grenache Muscat Macabeu ... yields low: less than an 30hl/ha bottle per vine they participate in the development of our wines.
The area extends over 100 hectares but for ten years we have adopted a policy of rehabilitation of land leaving 50% of the Vineyard at rest.
